Will cleansers, soaps, and body washes without typical acne treatments (i.e. salycilic acid, benzoyl peroxide) help clear acne?

They can get a lot of the dirt out of your pores, however if you get a cheap acne scrub from any place like Walmart, that will work even better.
Not really best acne body washes are Neutrogena body wash this are great for acne
on the body also Tea tree oil bar soap this you find at any Health stores this helps
to eliminated pimples on the body.
