What would be the best treatment to remove acne from your back?

   I had the same problem. The best solution I found is to exfoliate your back with acne wash. I’ve been using Olay Clarity Daily Scrub for over a year now, and it works very well if used consistently. Find one of those shower back-scrubbers and use an acne wash of choice.

   Also, be sure to change your bedsheets once a week. If you’re like me, then you sweat when you’re sleeping on your back, which clogs your pores.

   my suggestion would be a mild Colon cleanse, all bad things start in the Colon and if it is gunked up it will cause bacteria to grow and cause lots of skin problems, I have a teen that had bad acne and we used all types of cleanser and such no help 5 days into 21 day cleanse cleared up and no problem since. for more info email me
