Here’s some things that you can do to help

— Switch to cotton shirts and move from polyester. Man made fibres can make you sweat more and this spreads the bacteria that causes spots.
— Keep your hair off your back as much as possible.
— When you exercise shower immediately.
— If you use sunblock use oil free ones.
— Wash thoroughly and exfoliate regularly.

If all of this does not lead to an improvement then you may need stronger action and serious acne treatment. I recommend trying the neutrogena oil free wash. But, I think it would be best speaking to your doctor.
