What is the best treatment to get rid of acne & its scars & how much does it cost & is it effective?

I used Roacutane when i was 18, and that got rid of acne but was ledt with scars but I sometimes still get horrible spots on my face all of a sudden. Whats the best of gettin rid of these spots? Anything to do with diet or eating certain foods?. Please help!!!!!
