what is a good replacement for doxyxycline pills, for acne treatment?

i have very oily skin, and moderate acne. no creams or products like proactiv ever helped me much at all. my doctor gave me doxycycline to use for about one month, and it got rid of all my acne, and my face wasn’t red anymore, but after a few weeks, the acne came back. he gave me the pills again, but they only helped a little that time. at the moment i don’t have insurance, so i need a good replacement before i go to the doctor again, which could be months

Minocycline pills worked for me and I had the same problems as you. (Not sure of the spelling. Think it’s right.)
