what is a good over the counter treatment for body acne scars?

I just started accutane but I would like to use something for the scars that are here and I can tell a few of them are going to be around for about 6 months so is there anything that can help heal them in a shorter period of time?

Didn’t accutane have contraversial side affects?? Ask your doctor.
I had very bad acne. I was given a hormone based product called dianette (its only given to women)
However, I was left with bad scars.
