Im 16 ive tried proactiv acnetix neutrogena etc… all to no avail… i came across this old wives tale remedy does this really work for acne?

im 16 ive tried everythiing and before i go buy another product (exposed acne treatment) i saw this and wanted to know if this really is all it takes for 100% clear skin

I haven’t switched makeup products. I’ve tried almost every treatment for them, but they keep drying up everyday very painfully. I’ve never had this problem before in my life.
I’m not sure if this could pertain, but last year I gained 15 lbs, from a tiny 108 to 123…and with it came a fierce attack of acne. All over my back and face…terrible cystic pimples.
Then I lost the weight slowy due to a busy lifestyle, and am back at 112. (I promise I am NOT anorexic. Just poor sleep scehdule interfering with my eating scedule.) I do eat decently well rounded meals and plenty of foods to try to fatten myself up again.
But what I can’t figure out right now is the dry lips. I’m not sure what could have caused it and why it won’t go away!

I barely have any acne. I am a teen so I pretty much always have one litte/big pimple on my face, but just one. And sometimes barely none. It depends. Well they are usually above the skin and go away pretty quickly. But…I have this one pimple on my cheek which is really painful and doesn’t have a head, so its deep I am guessing. Its kinda big, too, but not super noticeable.
I have salycilic acid treatment and 2.5/10 percent benzoyl peroxide treatment. Which to use? And this is a cystic lesion, right? What is it caused by?

Well I had perfectly clear skin! I had gotten ride of ALL my body acne and everything(it is very mild) Well lo and behold my monthly visitor came and now i look like crap! I have recently 2 days ago switched to the St Ives apricot scrub and for the body acne I was using the neutrogena facial scrub as it worked very well for body acne but am now using the neutrogena body wash. Should this do the trick in taking care of my hideous breakout? What spot treatment would you recommend?
I just turned 12 years old and just started to break out with zits more often. I’m sorta knew to this and i asked my mom to buy me something to get rid of my acne. She bought me “Clean&Clear Advantage Acne Spot treatment”. Does that stuff really work? Is it a good brand to use? What brands would you suggest i try? Also, i have really long hair and i noticed that i get a tiny bit of acne on my back i think because of it, what is good to get rid of that? And should i get some face wash or it soup and water good enough?
Please help me…! I hate having pimples. :[
