i have acne and i am tierd of it. does any body know any acne treatment that a dermatoligist recomand for not really senstive skin.

Okay so i do want to get Neutrogena Acne Stress Control products, i want a cleanser and the 3 in 1 treatment. But i don’t know which cleanser to get, i really want the scrub but i’m scared it will be too strong, but i do want a strong cleanser but not to the point where my skin is always peeling. I have an Olay cream cleanser right now and it makes my face soft and doesn’t clear my skin all that good. It’s soft thats what i like, but i want a cream cleanser that actually clears your face, so i don’t know if i should get the cream cleanser for acne stress control. Than there is the foam one, i havn’t heard much but it doesn’t seem like it would make my skin clear. Please tell me which one worked best for you and which one you liked the best and how long it took!! Also, if any of these help cystic acne ( time of the month pimples)

By the way, i have broke out alot due to my elizabeth arden clear the way mask, which i will never use again. It made me break out over night!! I’ve only had it for three days!!

I suffered from severe cystic acne for around 2 years and over that time had been prescribed countless antibiotics to help combat the problem. After much failure my dermatologist prescribed me a 2 month course of Accutane, which thankfully got rid of about 90% of all my acne and completely stopped any more spots from appearing.

The 10% that remained were in the form of a few cysts around my jawline, a few slightly smaller cysts on my chest, and a few small pimples on the back of my shoulders. All of these spots appeared during the worst point of my acne suffering and despite not having had a single new pimple for over 4 months, these spots have stayed. I think that the oldest ones have been on me for just over 12 months now.

look, i hate acne just as much as the rest of us, but thanks to my parents wonderful genes, i have cystic acne, and its really not bad anymore, but sometimes i get these cycst-like pimples that WILL NOT GO AWAY and they are so f***ing embarrassing, because they’re so deep that they cant even really be covered up. theyre like little hills, and even having one is just absolutely disgusting. does anyone else have this issue? im not talking about the kind of acne you can pop and et rid of, and surface treatments like proactive dont work, because these are deep in the pore. does anyone have any advice on how to get rid of these a little bit more quickly? waiting on these takes weeks sometimes, even when i wash my face a ton and exfoliate. thank you and God Bless!!

I don’t think my scarring is that serious and it won’t be permanent. The only ones I can see and consider scars are these very small spots that are a bit darker than my natural skin tone and are only noticeable from up close. They aren’t depressed into my skin and they aren’t inflamed/swelled/protruding outward either. Do you think they will go away completely with time and some treatment? And is acne scarring caused by picking or squeezing your acne? Lastly, does perspiration help clear away acne?

After my Accutane session is over my dermatologist said I might want to consider laster treatment for my acne scars, does it work and does it hurt?

Ok here is all my info:
My name is Martin and i’m a 16 your old guy in my junior year of high school. I started to get acne in freshman year but never really did anything about it because it would only be a zit or two. Sophomore year is when i began to get a little more severe acne. Every day i had a new pimple or two. Towards the end of the year i finally decided to do something about my acne once it became very noticeable. I bought my first ever acne treatment, Proactiv Solutions. Expecting miracles, i was very disapointed when after 3 and a half months of use there was no significant difference in my facial acne. It was almost time for me to begin junior year when i suddenly got a huge breakout along the right side of my chin and jaw line. Now many people have told me that maybe this was due to stress but i know it wasnt because i had just had the best summer of my life and i had just gotten the thing most kids wait a long time for, my drivers license. At the time i was taking many muscle gain supplements, including creatine. Could it have been because of that? Well back to my acne, the right side of my chin is now scarred because of how severe my acne was at one point. As for the rest of my face it’s doing ok, i get occasional zits, but i have areas where it seems like they may never go away. i’m really careful and follow the acne free unwriten rules ( drink water, don’t touch your face, etc.) all i’m looking for is a good ance treatment that works. i have a pretty sensitvive face if that helps. i’ve tried proactiv and neutrogena advanced solutions. if you know any home treatments, or anything that will help my acne scars and acne pimples please let me know! Hi, I have mild acne, but mainly cystic, like under the skin.
I have been using Bp to treat it. but Im not going to use it anymore because I was having a hard time not getting under my eyes, now I have wrinkles and puffiness. I did some research and people said that the wrinkles are caused by the drying effects of bp and they are not permanent. But I am only 20, so I don’t want to take my chances, therefore I am not going to use it anymore.

I really feel that I can cure my acne, without going to the dermatologist, because it is mild. so do you know of any treatment that I could use that is not harsh on the skin, because mine is very sensitive… I am using cetaphil facial wash, and a good mosturizer, but now I need a new treatment/ medication, to replace bp

I use to have great skin but during my teenage years, I started to have really really bad acne. Even though now my acne is cleared up and under control. My skin looks horrible, i just want to stay at home. I now have acne scars, enlarged pores, rough skin, ungly uneven skin tone. Is there a laser that can treat my problem? what is it called and will it work? Thanks so much!
