I don’t have severe cystic acne, but the acne I do have is get really annoying. I don’t get pimples on my cheeks but ALWAYS on my forehead and its getting really bad on my chin. I’ve used pretty much every skin cleanser out there like pro-active,clean and clear, clearasil, etc. When I used proactive it dried my face out, and the only thing that worked was the mask. My nose gets really
shiny, but I don’t usually break out there. Ive started to get scars that are really annoying and I heard that bio-oil works. So right now im using bio oil on my scars and the tea-tree oil cleanser and moisturizer from the body shop.
But I was wondering if there is something that has worked well for you that can work for me?
I know you’re supposed to drink lots of water but is there something else you can take to help?
&& do you have a special home remedy treatment I could try?

Do you think using both of these products will make my skin worse or better? If any body had experiences with topical acne treatments and birth control please do tell! I will be using these two at the same time…thanks to all who answer!!

I am considering taking birth control pills for for birth control and acne treatment. I know that once i stop taking them i can regain fertility, but what would happen to my skin? Would I have a surge of acne back?
