Laser treatment for back acne/bacne?

Question by A random: Laser treatment for back acne/bacne?
I’ve done laser therapy for facial acne (4 years ago) and I’m doing it again in a few weeks for scarring. I want to get it for my back because I work out and sweat a ton and have bacne and a few scars. The only thing I’m afraid of is that I have a new tattoo on my back and I’m wondering if the light laser therapy/treatment will hurt/affect it?
