So it’s not nearly as bad as it used to be, when I got on birth control my skin was flawless. Recently, I’ve stopped taking the pill and while my skin still isn’t terrible, I do still have a couple problem spots. I don’t know what kind of acne it is, but the closest thing I could find was nodular/cystic acne? I have small bumps under the skin on my cheeks, and it’s always right under my cheekbone and only that place. You can’t really see them, they’re not red or anything, but they’re just stubborn and don’t respond to treatment.

any ideas how to get rid of this type of acne? Is it cystic/nodular even though they’re small bumps and don’t hurt to touch?

thanks so much :)
