is there a cure, medicine or any treatment to get rid of acne on the chest?

i have alot of acne on my chest, i’m a guy btw, and i have none anywhere else on my body. I used to be a long sufferer of acne on the face but that has all gone now. However, i have loads on my chest now, especially upper chest, does anyone know if there is a medicine, treatment or anything to reduce the acne on my chest or even maybe rid me of it

I would suggest going to see the Dermatologist, he is a professional and he will give you a good idea on what you need to do.
If you’re sure it’s acne, you might try tanning. Make sure it’s not a fungal rash- put some otc fungal cream on it for a few days and see if it makes a difference. If it is fungal it will clear up very quickly. You also need to make sure it’s not heat related. Try keeping it as cool as possible- only cotton next to your skin- and maybe use some powder to keep it dry at all times. Good luck!
