i want to remove back acne but how?

I know that i can get dermabrasion done or a peel but which one will work better since i have back acne and it looks horrible. now i have a big tattoo on my side that runs a bit on my back. will any treatment of that sort remove the part of the tattoo that reaches my back or would it fade it or somthing. I obviously would hate for that to happen therefore thats why im asking. I am planning to go see a doctor but i am a bit inpatient and would like some answers…thanks!!!

It is important to keep spot-prone areas clean, so wash the affected area twice a day with a perfume-free cleanser. Do bear in mind that the skin needs a certain amount of oil to maintain its natural condition. Therefore, avoid washing your face many times, that too, with a strong soap. I would recommend Cetaphil and Neutrogena face washes as they are mild and good for cleaning acne-affected skin.
