i need to have a plasticsurgery to clear the acne and scars,can i get the treatment with acne in my face?

i am girl of 19yrs , i am suffering from acne from last 5 years , i applied so many ointements and medicines but there is no result , i finally decided to take a plasticsurgery, i consulted a plasticsurgerydoctor , he said me that u can take a sugery when your acne is cleared, ifnot the small acne in between the big ones will burst in the surgery then the bursts will be permenently on the skin, at first u should clear those acne , hesaid, but they are frequently arising , what to do ?

See a dermotologist. Even though a plastic surgeon is a doctor, he’s not specializing in treatment of the skin and conditions of the skin. You’ll get better results from a specialist and then can have lazer treatments that are non-invasive.
If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

I am assuming you are talking about getting a laser treatment for acne scars. Or maybe microdermabrasion? Don’t get anything until your acne is gone, or you will just be wasting your time and money and end up with no results. Best to see a dermatologist to give you a perscription. If you have tried many ointments, creams, and even oral antibiotics they might have you do Accutane. It’s called accutane inthe USA but it goes by different names in different countries but the drug chemical name Isotrentinoin. It is a very serious drug and can have a lot of side effects. But it clears up most peoples acne permanantly. After that you could get treatment for the scars, but you have to wait six months because the isotretinoin thins your skin.
