I have had a giant cystic pimple on my chin for at least half a year? i now have one under one eye!?!?!?
i always think the one on my chin is going to disappear because it will shrink but it never completely disappears.
i used benzoyl peroxide and sulfur treatments/overnight spot treatments/retin-a stuff etc.
:/
i also got one under one eye and it is red and painful :/
the one around my eye is the size of a dime!!!
the one on my chin is 1/2 that size but still…that’s big!!!
please help!!!
i live on a college campus.
and no point having my mom take me to the dermatologist…i have begged for years…
so…:/
help please?!
ps: i was on ortho-tri-cyclenlo for a few months and it made my acne much worse but a few days ago i switched to Aviane at the student health clinic…my skin seems to be getting better but the big ones i am still worried about:/

Get a tiny knife and cut it open & squizz the puss out. YEAHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! Thats what I did.
It sounds like you’ve tried everything over the counter, if it’s still an issue you should seek professional help. I know that’s probably not what you want to hear but it’s the best solution. If your mom won’t take you then go yourself. I assume if you live on a college campus you are old enough to have your own money and a way to get there (bus, have a friend take you, etc.).
you can’t pop cystic pimples or you’ll bruise your skin!! ….try Vicks VapoRub it works….im not sure if you wanna try it if you have really sensitive skin though and eat healthy food and drink lots of water…and see your doc!
Hiya,
From your description, I’d say you have acne or rosecea. They both cause these large ‘deep under the skin’ spots. They can take weeks and months to go. A short course of anti-biotics makes a hell of a difference to your complexion. Follow this with Brevoxyl, very sparingly, morning and night (it bleaches fabric so be careful of pillow cases and collars). Those big ones take so long to go down because they are sub-dermal. The skin regenerates every 11 days or so but these are buried deeply and take much longer. Avoid even touching them. When they itch try to scratch the very edges. Avoid spicy foods, direct sunlight and hot drinks, they are all triggers. Strangely, 6 minutes on a sunbed a week has kept my acne at bay since this time last year. Good luck dude!
A ten-year acne sufferer myself, I will show you how I cured my acne condition in 3 days the natural way, saved myself from further scarring, and stopped wasting my money on expensive medications and over-the-counter products!
