i had the same problem, it was because i was allergic to the fabric i was wearing, try to wear cotton shirts that are not that tight, scrub and exfoliate your back, and tanning really helped me
Some people find that washing the problem areas in Head and Shoulders dandruff shampoo works really well. For your chest and neck, and the part of your back you can reach, you may also want to put on some benzoyl peroxide. You can also find body washes with BP in it to help clear your blemishes as well.
this body wash called Tersaseptic i had some back acne and after using Tersaseptic it completely went away also use an exfoliating glove so that you really clean your pores. i woudl also buy some benzoyl peroxyde and just put it on the affected areas 3 times a week to dry out the pimples.. it worked for me. hope it works for you
Tersaseptic can be found at the drug store for about 14$ and i’m not sure how much benzoyl peroxyde is but it’s also available at the drug store
You need to see a dermatologist
go to a skin doctor they will help you are try clean and clear continuous control acne cleanser trust me it works great
when products don’t work on the outside, acne needs to be treated on the inside.
go to a dermatologist n get a prescription
Wear cotton shirts that can breathe. As much as it sucks to have achne I have had it also and sometimes the best thing for it is just to wear tank tops and things that will let your back get some sun to help dry the skin.
Clean t-shirts, dont sleep in the shirts you wore that day or wear the same thing multiple times without washing it.
Above all, just dont let it bother you, everyone has blemishes and its not worth being uncomfortable or hot in summer just because you are embarrassed.
There are two things you can do, acne like you’re describing happens most frequently to people who have very pale Celtic complexions. The first step is to start using “Free and Clear,” laundry detergents and fabric softeners. Dyes, chemicals and scents used in many laundry products can irritate sensitive skin. You should also make sure that you change your bath towels and bed sheets frequently. If you hang your bath or shower towel up to dry and reuse it-it’s okay to reuse it once or twice, but if you ever notice that there’s a mildewy odor to your bath towel throw it in the hamper and get a fresh one. You may want to adjust your diet also, try avoiding foods that have any kind of trans-fats in them, especially engineered fats like Olestra.
I totally know how you feel. My face is like perfect but my back and chest is covered… ew!
Clearasil Ultra Pads work wonders! The bad thing is that you might need someone to do it for you. But your acne will go away.
Another thing you could do is wear your hair up off your back.
Don’t worry you can conquer this! =D
tea tree oil
Human skin consists of many tiny pores. These pores are connected to oil glands. Once these oil glands are blocked by the sedum or dirt substance and infected by bacteria, pimples will break out. Doctors always use benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid to kill bacteria in skin pores, and other pills are used to restrict hormone and oil secretion. Those all have some harmful effects on your body. In order to get ride of pimples, you must keep your face clean all times. You can try Chlorella Gel Cleanser. It is made of edible algae and contains vitamins, Carotene, chlorophyll, amine acids, proteins, SOD enzyme, alga polysaccharides . Chlorella Gel Cleanser can clean corneous cells, sebum, sweat, dust, and removes pimples quickly.
