I don’t eat dairy products (i don’t really like them)….and I still have acne >:(
I have had worse acne since i started drinking more dairy milk, but now i drink soy milk and my acne has reduced.
lol alot of people love dairy im one of them i love my cereal ice cream cheese pizzas but since we got crappy genetics we have to quit dairy to get clear skin it SUCKS but u gotta do it
You got a point. I did the whole vegan thing for 2 weeks and I have to say that I’m not fond of soy products – especially soy milk, but I’ll give rice or almond milk a try…

There’s so many misconceptions about milk and for some bizarre reason our society holds it on this pedestal as if it’s some miracle substance sent down from the heavens.
Fact of the matter is, if you’re worried about getting enough Calcium you shouldn’t be drinking milk.
Since milk is really high in protein, it actually LEACHES Calcium from your diet (anything with large amounts of protein does the same.)
Let me ask you something, Bones98.
Which do you think is better for you? No scientific mumbo jumbo needed now. Just pure common sense:
Something from a PLANT or something from an ANIMAL?
The whole hormone-soy thing is complete bull. If you’re still worried about it, drink Rice or Almond milk.
I fucking love milk, but I think it’s worsening my acne which is why I want to try refrain from consuming alot of dairy.
But what am I going to mix my protein shakes with? Do you think soy milk is good? I heard that stuff causes a man to have higher levels of estrogen which is what I don’t want.

i’ve been dairy free for years. i’m lactose intolerant so it’s going to happen with or without acne!
I’ve noticed becoming vegan has really helped clear up my skin.

Brussel sprouts, cabbage, broccoli have more calcium than diary as well!
DaniSpies channel is great for healthy eating…..I think she has 3 quinoa recipes on her channel that are great. She has very cleansing foods that I think you might like to check out…unless you already have.
