best body wash or soap for acne on back and chest?

i have been applying pimple creams since i was 12 but it’s getting worse on my back and chest and the treatments are too expensive too buy cos they run out every two-three weeks nad they still don’t really work! can anyone recommend effective body washes or soap bars especially to cure acne?

it is recommended that a Salicylic Acid soap be used. It contains beta hydroxy, which is used not only for the inflammationof acne, but is also effective at removing dead skin cells. Products like Clearisil and Pro Active have benzoyl
your best bet would be to go to the dermatologist, and medicated pads usually aren’t that expensive, its about 20 bucks for 2 months worth, and it actually works
FOR ME I USED BODY WASH WITH THE LITTLE PEPPELS IN IT THAT BURST WITH MOSTURIZER OR SOMETHING AND NOW I AM CRYSTAL CLEAR
I TOLD ONE OF MY FIRNDS TOO AND IT WORKED FOR THEM
