neutrogena! i use it every day and it makes my face smooth, and soft and it moisterizes it and it doesn’t make it oily at all! and as soon as i ran out about 1 week later i got pimples and i got more of the wash and they cleared within 4 days! its AHMAZIZING!!!!!.
and you can get it at any walgreens or rite aid or any store like that!

Sun exposure. This has really worked for me, and by worked I mean I had awful back acne and it was nearly gone after day two.
Just give your back a few hours of constant sun exposure every day. This works much better than any acne medication (or at least in my experience). It’s also worked for someone else on here who I have this answer to, I got best answer because “it worked.” Good luck.
