Back Acne, Fast treatment?

I’ve been dealing with back acne for a long time, i go to the gym about 4-5 days a week and shower right after my workout, but the acne seems to be getting worse.
does anyone know any treatment for this thing. some people were saying Benzoil peroxide and anti bacterial cleanser. Im going on a cruise in 2 weeks and i need something that will work fast

Neutrogena Body clear body wash is really good to fade away pimples.
also Neutrogena on the spot is great to elimminate pimples.
Wash your back with soap and water in the shower and apply an acne treatment cream containing salicylic acid to the acne once you’ve dried off. Alternately, soak a cotton wool ball in water, squeeze out the excess water, then dot one drop of tea tree oil onto it then wipe this over the area – wait til it’s dry before getting dressed. If you aren’t getting any sun on your back at all (i.e. if it’s winter where you are) then that won’t be helping, – make sure you get lots of Vitamin D from other sources. Wear breathable clothing and sleep without a shirt on, whenever possible, if it’s warm enough.

I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
