Anybody know a good treatment for back acne?

I recently discovered a few pimples showing up on my back, I am 24 I NEVER had acne problems even during my teen years and right now it is really bothering me because it is only showing on my back which is really hard to treat it.. and I don’t know where to start.. it is really embarrassing.
Anybody know a good treatment BESIDES PROACTIVE. Thank you!!
Infact my doctor did prescribe steroids a month ago for some mucle pain in my upper shoulders… I shoud probably go back and see him and/or try the Neutregena body wash.. thanks everybody!!!

think of the cause not the solution. it could be caused by some kind of hormone imbalance. Have you started to use birth control or changed it or something that could affect you levels some kind of medication. people who use steroids have out breaks of acne caused by changes in hormone levels
U should use neutrogena body scrub it works very well but it takes awhile which sucks but it’s worth it. The acne on the back may be caused by sweating too so make sure u get ur back nice and clean. Lol
Use a back scrubber too.

I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
