In this video I talk briefly about my personal experience with laser treatment. I don’t think it’s a necessary idea and it’s short term thinking. If you want to tackle a problem such as acne that most likely is a symptom, you need to handle the issue at it’s core. I’m not sure about the derma roller because I haven’t tried it myself. I’ve done laser treatment but in my opinion, it’s no use unless you’ve already stopped breaking out.
I’m not a dermatologist, but I am going to graduate school right now to become a clinical Dietitian & Nutritionalist.

i’ve got plenty of deep and huge acne scars all over my face, and to be honest, as a woman, it does affect my confidence at times.
