I have tried basically everything there is for acne. How is this product? Do you have to get it over the counter? I heard somebody say it bleaches clothing. Does just the acne treatment do that, or does the soap bleach as well? Does it work for back acne? And do you have to get this product over the counter? (The only place on my face that is somewhat sensitve is my chin, so sensitivity isn’t really an issue.)
I don’t want to know about other products that could work better, i want to know specifically about panoxyl. Also, which strength would be good?
I am 25 years old and have always had a bit of an acne problem but since having my daughter (7 months ago) I have had cystic acne that I cannot clear up. I have seen a dermatologist but nothing is helping. I used to take Minocin as a teen and it worked great but for this it is doing nothing. I am also on birth control used for acne treatment (Diane 35) and 2 creams…Differin and benzoclin. Still…nothing. I don’t seem to get any new acne with it but I have had the same cysts for the last 7 months. I do not want to try Accutane…I will not go there as I have heard the worst of the worst. I’d rather have then acne then take that. If you know of anything else that might help please let me know. Thanks so much.

I will start with you guessed it Proactiv: Did you know that these guys have one of the most successful marketing campaigns in the world. Thats right Jessica Simpson has made so much money for these guys its a joke! I used Proactiv after she conned me on one of their informercials. It took only 3 days to recieve it which was quite quick. Ok now more about the treatment.. The most smelliest treatment… really it has the worst odour anyway it really irritated my skin with their main ingredient benzoyl peroxide. My face felt a little cleaner it didn’t actually do anything to fight my acne in terms of clearing it up. Is it worth it absolutely not! Sorry a little harsh when it comes to Proactiv but their treatment for me just didn’t work. www.proactiv.com SkinB5 No where near as big as proactiv in terms of marketing although their treatment actually helped me reduce the amount of oil on my face. For the first weeks on Skinb5 i actually thought my acne was clearing but i turns out that 3 months later my acne was spreading to my back, and neck.
